Refunds and Returns Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products and our wholesale-only business model, all sales made through NordicBioTech are considered final. Products may not be returned or refunded once they have been shipped, except under specific conditions outlined below.


2. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product was received in a defective or damaged condition.

  • The product delivered does not match the item agreed upon.

All claims must be submitted promptly upon discovery and are subject to prior evaluation and written approval by NordicBioTech.
The buyer must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or agreement)

  • Clear evidence of the issue (e.g., photographs, written explanation)

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of defect or fulfillment error, even if the product has been opened.
Returns for other reasons will not be accepted once the product has been opened or used.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us.

Include the following in your request:

  • Order or invoice number

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting evidence (e.g., photos, documents)


4. Refund Process

If the claim is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.


5. Return Shipping

Responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue and prior agreement between both parties.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the client

  • Cancellations made after shipment

  • Claims not submitted promptly or without proper documentation
